Wondering if someone has a similar setup and if they can point me to a dust cover that I am looking for. There is a nice cover that comes with the TT, but I would like it to cover the TT and the powerbase. Looking for something like this, but the sizing is not quite right and the retail price is outrageous.
Would like the cover to extend to the edges of the powerbase, which is approx 16’’ x 13’’ and I would want at least 6’’ height. Thank you for any info.
so many practical difficulties…although they should also be removed during playback…could slam down if left open
in the meantime, I use a clear garbage bag and tuck it in…tedious to get the dust from the many landing places
you could buy plexiglass sheets, cut, and attach the pieces together like an aquarium…or use shiny stainless steel L-brackets…and when you get good at it, sell them
Check out Stereo Squares in Michigan. They offer many models of complete coverage dust covers. They’ll do a bespoke cover to your specifications if they don’t already have a model that’ll fit. Make measurements to determine the dimensions you need and get in contact with them.

The one I have is 15”Dx18.5Wx 6 7/8” Tall, inside measurements. I emailed them and they very quick to respond
You might look for desktop display cases. I found mine on Amazon and I modified it by adding handles and cut outs in the back.
Did you need to cut out a section in the back for cords?
Yes I did. A dremel works well for this

As we have cats and the turntable is placed on a stand in front of a window with a service berry bush within view full of cardinals I place a microfiber dish mat atop of my VPI Prime custom dustcover. Keeps peace in the family so to speak.
