Sprout Power Rating at 50 Watts?

Is the 50 Watts (RMS) at Both Channels Driven at 8 Ohms with less than 0.1% distortion?

If so what is the power rating (RMS) into 4 ohms?

Sprout Specs (From Kickstarter)

Dimensions: 6"W x 8"L x 1.75"H
Inputs: Phono (Moving Magnet), Analog (3.5mm), USB (asynchronous 192kHz/24-bit), Digital Coax (any sample rate and bit depth up to 192kHz/24-bit), aptX Bluetooth (built in).

Stereo power Amplifier 4Ω 50W (drives any size speakers)

THD <0.025% at normal listening levels

Headphone output 16Ω 500mW, 300Ω 425mW (drives all headphones)
Analog output: variable 3.5mm line, for subwoofer or otherwise.
Signal-to-Noise Ratio (A-weighted) >90dB

Exactly and thanks. The power rating of 50 watts is at 4 Ohms, half of that at 8.

Thanks for the Info.

Peter

PS: Scott tells me the Sprout puts out about 33 watts into 8 Ohms (which is what I anticipated from my research on Class D amps).
