Thanks to Paul and his team for quick support.

Paul immediately sent a recipe for troubleshooting my pre amp. That’s how even a Danish noob can figure it out. I’m leaving from tomorrow so I want to use the opportunity to apologize for the wrong translation and I’m just hugging the people it went above and beyond.
