The P20 doing its thing very well

Silly question. The sine / multi wave button (on the display). Do you press it to active what it shows, or does it show what is active? I find it a bit ambiguous and the manual does not say. I haven’t seen anyone else ask this so it must be that I’m a bit odd not knowing for sure which way around it is

I could get the Dectet out, have a play with it and pray for my knees as they’re the weakest links in my audiophile chain, LOL!

Hey Chris on your remote control there is an MW button.
On your screen with the green outlets showing there is an icon
the third on from the left that in tiny letters will say sine or multi.
pressing the button on the remote should trigger the change.

Wait a moment or two before playing music as it takes a moment or
two for the circuits to apply the change…

And no not a silly question…just an answer being sought after is all!!

Hope this helps

Did you find the icon on your regenerator?

Yes it’s that icon I meant as a button in my 1st post. If you touch it it toggles

How are you getting these graphs? I’m still learning how to navigate my P20. Thanks!

They are part of PowerPlay (at the top of the page, click on Support and you will see PowerPlay).

You need to first register your PowerPlant on the PS Audio registration page and have the unit connected to the Internet.

Thanks for the reply, Elk!

My account shows my P20 is registered. It’s connected to my LAN-which connects to the Internet. I went to Support > PowerPlay, but it says I don’t have any PowerPlay-enabled products registered, or my devices aren’t able to communicate with your servers. I am able to access the P20 with my web browser…

There have been past situations where a registered PowerPlant will not connect with the server. @jamesh and his cohorts should be able to help.

Great, our team should be able to figure out what going on. I’ll reach out to them this morning and keep you posted when I hear from them.

Thanks, Jamesh! Attached is my P20’s network config, if it helps…
