No, my MSB DAC will play DoP over all inputs just fine with no need for a master clock link. Makes you wonder what DAC Paul has been using to test the DoP links ....

Very cool. I have only personally worked with SDIF-3. I suspect the clock link is carried with the signal. What are using as a source for S/PDIF DoP?

I like the Benchmark, and have one in my too large collection of DACs, but there are better. It is a great buy however.
