I keep coming back to this for PCM:
poly-sinc-xtr-lp, NS5, upsample all PCM to 352.8
And this for DSD:
poly-sinc-xtr-lp, ASDM7, upsample all DSD to DSD128
These settings give me wonderful sounding music regardless if it is PCM or DSD.
