My Stellar phono preamp arrived today, and this is the first album I decided to play. Side one started with the soundstage locked between the two speakers. On side two the sound started to escape the left side of the left speaker and the right side of the right speaker while at the same time, the bass started to open up. Side three revealed an even wider soundstage with bass continuing to develop, and towards the end of that side, the volume seemed to get louder, in a good way. Finally, while listening to side four, I came to the realization that the record is now sounding better than I have ever heard since I purchased it in 1979. I can’t wait to see how things continue to improve as the preamp continues to break in. There is no way this is going back to PS Audio. Thanks, Darren and team for a wonderful piece of equipment!
