Good songs are often “covered” with differing approach
and sometimes emerge as preferable to some listeners.
More/a wider range of choices is not a bad thing…
When I discovered that Ms Bryson had passed, just a few years younger than myself, I resolved to dig out her discs and listen to them.
It took me a while to appreciate Jeannie Bryson but when I did I began to really enjoy her style.

I have this in several other editions from Sony, and none sounds other than quite good, but I think this one may be better sounding in mastering. I’ll have to do some careful comparisons at a later date, but this really does sound great.
