In the bad old days the thread just maxed out and closed and a user had to create a new one. Then we got auto-creation of a continuation thread, but there was agony in the dovecot because the name was not quite right. Elk had to change it after discussion as to what it should be. Now he seems settled into the routine. Everybody happy!
