I will have to dig my copy out, ‘not played it since the last time I played it’… 
This one and Howling Wind are my absolute favorites of his - and takes me back to the late 80s when I was just discovering him.
The only time it’s allowed to stop is when playing musical chairs! 
Seeing your copy, I just looked up the various pressings of Live! Alone in America to see which covers lacked color (or, I suppose colour) in the text… Only the UK pressings went colourless. I suppose they figured you were used to bleak, gray days?
