Qobuz. CD. Difficult to find an album by Musica Antiqua Koln Which I have not posted before, this one was last November, but they are always a reliable source of enjoyment. Music, performance and sound are all excellent.

Mountain is one of my all time favorites. Saw them live in Miami in 1970 as an opening act for Jethro Tull. When Jethro Tull came on they sounded so weak compared to what I had just heard that I walked out…

I saw them in the early 70s with J Geils , Corky would bounce a drum stick off the snare drum into the crowd and pick up another one, never miss a beat, he must have bounced 10 or so to the people.

First heard this on BBC 6 music a few years ago, and managed to find a CD on eBay.
