This is a pretty great record….is there a flatness to Roon/Qobuz…all the discussions here predisposing my thinking?
I’ve not listened to Qobuz version; I’ll do a quick compare to the vinyl and share back - the vinyl sounds really good to me, but is missing the all analog sound.
Hey Mike,
I do find a lot of enjoyment in finding new (For me) stuff but my go to is really Prog or Classic Rock. I grew up with the dinosaur rock bands and was fortunate to see many of them live. When I want to kick out the jams so to speak it’s Pink Floyd, Yes, Tull, ELP, Zep, and Zappa. This last year and change I have found a tonne of great stuff here in this thread, from the Baroque that Chris posts to Lonsons Jazz and so much else.
All that said, I am listening to this at the moment, funny, Remember a Day is on now, appropriate to your question!
Much Love, Jim
Even now into her 70s she has such a sweet voice. Slightly rougher around the edges at times but oh so nice. Remember first seeing her on the Smothers Brothers show seated on a stool playing her guitar. Voice like an angel.
