I guess this was the Baroque equivalent of a book with CD; demonstration pieces for Geminiani’s manuscript “The Art of Playing the Violin”, I enjoy the demo snippets more than the two sonatas which are also on the album (although they are both very good)

I love that Savall uses a Cry Baby wah wah pedal. Sounds very Hendrix-like.

Just ordered Slammin and Jammin. Couldn’t find In the Pocket on Amazon. Both look right up my alley!!

Looks like In the Pocket is LP only. Oh well, stopped buying LPs a while ago.
