Wolf Audio - Anyone tried?

On my trip and stop by the House of Stereo in Jax FL, the owner Joe, who was a very good host, showed me his second (really his first) company Wolf Audio and its servers that he helped design.

Wondering if anyone here has tried.

I have a fellow audio friend who has a Wolf server, not sure which one, but he’s got a really nice system. I had a chance to hear it after the Wolf was installed. It worked very smoothly and sounded very, very nice.

Organic black backgrounds?

Yes, with sprinkles on top! :joy:

I’ve heard that they howl a lot.

I have had several of the Wolf Audio streamers/servers and currently have the Red Wolf. Prior to Wolf Audio, I had a custom gaming laptop with a lot of of music in its ssd. After a few years the laptop started to become unreliable so I started looking at a dedicated streamer/ servers. One of my requirements was I needed to be able to record CD’s and that that isn’t available on a lot of streamers. Wolf Audio had everything I needed. After talking with Joe Parvey of Wolf ,I purchased my first unit from him. Once I had the unit in my system, Joe set it up remotely and imported all my music from my laptop. Each model I have had has been great but the best part of Wolf Audio is the customer service. Joe Parvey is one of a kind and goes above and way beyond to make sure you are happy. If you are hesitant about digital audio ,Joe is the guy you need to talk to and work with.
