At the 8 min mark they are 2 blocks from the LpHuntress vinyl compound, they turn down to the river where the little park is named after one of my cousins. 
Such a nice slice of Americana and it was especially good to see that the area is vital. I didn’t notice any shuttered businesses or stuff like that. I did see the David McQueen Riverside Park which is very cool.
