Hi Paul, et all. I’m having an issue with my BHK stereo amp that was repaired this past December(?). I e-mailed Duncan earlier (because I had dealt with him previously) only to get an automated response that he has left the company.

I wish equipment never broke but it’s refreshing to deal with the high level of customer service you get from Paul, et. all whenever anything does go wrong.
