UK based here.
I had an issue with my BHK Pre in that one of the tube input boards had drifted out of spec after 7 years and became very “hissy”.
It was so bad I took the preamp out of my system and hooked up my Directstream dac into my power amp.
It worked and sounded very good, sure, but a lot of the magic had gone with the BHK out of the system.
(And no playing vinyl either!)
Reached out to Kevin Akam of Signature Audio Systems here in UK, who is the PS Audio dealer for the region.
Very quickly Kevin obtained a replacement board from Colorado HQ and posted it out to me.
All for a very reasonable price.
Very quick turnaround, got my BHK back in the system again and the musical magic is back.
Just wanted to say thanks to all involved, and draw attention to how PS Audio really do look after their customers.

Glad to hear they got your issue resolved so quickly! Even more impressive when dealing in a market outside the US which can be quite involved dealing with international shipments.

@gazjam‘s positive experience with PS Audio Support isn’t an isolated case. I recently had a very positive experience that merits mention.
I sold a pair of BHK 300 monoblocks to a buyer in Portland, OR. They were shipped UPS and insured. Unfortunately, one of the monoblocks was damaged in transit . From the buyer’s pictures, it looked like one of the boxes was dropped. From the look of the box, it’s somewhat amazing UPS managed to deliver it at all.
I assured the buyer the situation would be remedied. I contacted PS Audio Support and spoke with Taylor Newberry. I explained the situation. He arranged to have a new BHK 300 box sent to my Buyer so that it could be safely sent (prepaid) to PS Audio for damage assessment and repair.
In parallel, I started the dreaded claim process. The insurer’s demands included multiple repair estimates, receipts, photos, etc. Taylor, working with Delia Lynch and other unnamed members of the Service team provided me everything I needed including a letter on PS Audio letterhead stating that PS Audio was the only authorized/qualified entity for repair of the BHK 300. Pictures were provided as well the itemized list of all costs incurred. I was able to get the claim approved/paid on the first submittal!
The Service team made the needed cosmetic repairs and performed a comprehensive test with their AP equipment to ensure everything was performing per spec. Both tubes were replaced.
Throughout this whole process, Taylor and Delia kept me apprised of progress. The repaired BHK 300 is now in the hands of the Buyer.
@Paul - I mention you here only to bring to your attention the incredible support I received. The term ‘stellar’ applies to more than one of your product families!
