And now for something completely different...liquid audio cables

Sounds like a description of my ex-wife…

I believe that there are those who would believe “anything” you say, no matter how ridiculous it is. At least Gary is consistent in considering “everything” under the sun. “liquid metal is preferable…” Really!

Your snide remarks are duly noted.
I didn’t say I believed or preferred anything,
I was merely asking if anyone had tried these cables.

Me too! There are folks who have auditioned these cables and posted positive comments on other forums. Unless one has experience with said material, “ridiculous” should not enter the conversation - unless assumptions and speculation are as valid as measurable data.

Agreed, assumptions without measurable data is not valid. I will recant and reserve opine until I see measurable data. Admittedly, I have not researched this option simply because it seems outside the norm. Maybe it’s better. Time will tell. I won’t however, be the first to order a pair. The Earth may not be flat after all. I must learn to have an “open mind.”

The trick is to have an open mind, but not one so open your brains fall out.

An open mind is what lead me to try out PS Audio’s products, and Belden ICONOCLAST cables.
What I heard with my own two ears, not measurable data, is what convinced me to keep, and purchase more PS Audio products.

This is the second time I’ve seen someone from Iconoclast rattling on about measurable data while trying to sell cables with different types of copper and silver plating… claiming they sound better, but admitting there is no measurable data.

You have a good thing going and people (at least here) seem to be on your side (including me). You should be careful about hypocrisy and insulting people -it will sink you faster than a fist full of excellent products. I’m truly trying to help you.

I agree there is a line he needs to stay on one side of and critiques of other vendors products sight unseen is not on that side.

I had a pair of Teo interconnects for a while, one of their ‘lower end’ models, I think the Game Changer Jr’s. They definitely did sound different than the cables I’d been using. If I recall they provided more clarity and focus. I changed system components to a balanced only amp and couldn’t use them any longer so sold them. Teo Audio does seem to change their models pretty often.

What cables were you using, if I may ask, before you got the Teo GC Jr’s?

I think I had some Analysis Plus cables in at the time.
