Any Canadian's here use Capri Electronique for service/support

Hi All,

I’m obviously new here - but not new to home audio.
I own an Esoteric RZ-1 Intergrate and the transport has unfortunately failed. Capri Electronique is the Authorized repair depot in Montreal, Quebec. My local repair tech has isolated the issue and can’t get the part to fix the issue. I’ve read reviews on Capri Electronique and I’m very skeptical to ship them the unit based on their reviews.

Anyone here have a positive experience with Capri Electronique?

Knowing PS Audio is a competitor, during your search, consider discussing your repair need with PSA techs. They may know of repair people. I find them very friendly people.
I’m sure you inquire of any repairer, whether they offer a time warranty.
