Recently my 3 year 4 month old gcdac had some issues, I was prepared to have to pay for whatever was wrong. I contacted the help desk, & detailed the issues as well as what I had done to troubleshoot before contacting PS Audio. I had a response in less than 24 hours. I was thanked for the troubleshooting steps I took, thanks Paul for your tutelage. Next I was informed my gcdac would be covered under warranty! I was pretty damn happy about that. Two weeks after PS Audio received my gcdac, l received my repaired & updated unit! Man am I happy with the experience I had, a big thank you to everyone @ PS Audio!
