Audiophile Step-down transformer?

In the process of moving from a 110v country to a 220v country. I can have SOME of my equipment reconfigured by my equipment manufacturer.

Although reconfiguring is something I will likely do once I’m committed to my new locale, in the short term, are there such things as audio-grade step-down transformers, and if so, and I get one, how much impact will a transformer have on my sound?

I use this step-up step-down transformer from Amazon and I don’t really hear this transformer, it’s so transparent, but I do use a very expensive after market power cord and fuse to it. You can get it up to 1700 watts for around $200.
