I only saw @RonP this morning and that was by accident! And you were at Galen’s talk? How many times do I have to say I’d be probably the only one wearing an N-95 mask?

Herb needs to retire to a communal hemp farm and stop his stream of consciousness scribbles.
Mikey Fremer has a legendary thumb drive filled with his 24.96 recordings of special pressings he recorded with his Continuum Caliburn turntable. Last year he handed it to me and I plugged it into a Grimm MU1. He then played it for hours. It was nice.
Today I walked past him on the 15th floor and I put my fingers in his jacket pocket. He gave me a look like I had just pooped on a baby. I kept walking.
A few minutes ago I walked up to him and apologized. I told him what I was up to. He reached into the pocket, pulled out the Thumb Drive and said here it is!
Most amusing.
By the way, I got to go to the home of @adifferentpaul to hear his system. He has built a fine place to really enjoy music in a very nice setting. I quite enjoyed it.
I can’t get anyone to come listen to mine. Sigh.

Being a Goldenear owner, of course I love them, but at least in my room, a bit larger than a typical hotel room, I find I prefer a much wider spread between speakers than how that room setup appears.

Absolutely playing the AirLens. Everything in that room with the FR20s and FR30s is playing through the AirLens.
When you get a chance, have a look at the top of the stack. There sits the little beauty. We’ve got a small PC acting as a Roon core, tethered to an Apple router, which is then connected to the AirLens via a 50 foot generic ethernet cable.
Sounds excellent.
We also have an Axpona Octave CD we put together to play from the SACD transport.
