Bi-Amping Speakers Using BHK Preamp

I’m thinking about Bi-Amping my Von Schweikert VR-5 Anniversary MK II speakers. I know how to connect all four amps to the speakers but how do I connect the BHK Preamp to all four amps?

I have an active crossover (CR-1 from JL Audio) to do bi-amping. This is the way to do it and I highly recommend this device.
