CD cabinet recommendations

I sort of miss having all my discs visibly displayed…I just really don’t have space for it in my listening room. There’s definitely something to be said for being able to look at, and physically handle, your music collection. I don’t get the same enjoyment scrolling through my library of files on my phone app that I used to get picking through the discs on my shelves, trying to decide what to listen to next.

However…it’s SOOOOO much easier to listen to music now, with everything ripped to files, and not having to burn my downloaded music to discs. I still buy CD’s & SACD’s, but most of them never even make it into the drawer of my DMP. Most are ripped immediately, then stowed away.

I scan and cleanup all my CD and LP artwork and put it in my online music list. I started doing so quite awhile after I started collecting music. I am way behind on LPs and much further along with my CD collection.
I wish music downloads included art. Very few do but some come with pdfs of all the art and info. I love when they do that!
