Unfortunatly Huron does not fix this issue for you. I will look into it more and see why this is causing the DSjr to wake up. Huron code has already gone to Arnie for sound check so I won’t be able to get a fix into Huron.

@dennis I have a similar problem with my DSJ. I’ve had my DSJ for a month with zero problems for music and movies/TV. Now all of a sudden, while streaming a soccer game on my laptop (optical input to DSJ), the volume would jump up from whatever low level I had set to 60. This happened continuously with the volume changing every 60 seconds! I think I tried turning it on standby with the remote and it turned itself back on and went to 60. By then it was late and I was sick of it, so I turned the DSJ off using the rear power switch and went to bed. I’ll check behavior again tomorrow. Hope you guys have a fix up your sleeve. Help!
I saw something mentioned above about LG TV remotes causing problems. I do have an LG TV and was using the remote tonight. But I’ve used it many times in the last month without issue. Sunlight hitting the DSJ is not the issue because this was nighttime.
UPDATE: After turning off my system last night and turning back on this morning, the problem has gone away for now. I’ll chime in if it comes up again.

This issue should be fixed in Huron, this is an issue with the BridgeII resetting the volume if it reboots.
