That looks odd.
Have you attempted the “tried and true” yet?:
Hard off, unplug, plug back in, and turn back on?

After this same solution was recommended for me with my different situation, and knowing it would not work, I really do think this is a good idea for this situation. And a really good unplug, for several minutes.
