I woke up yesterday morning thinking a rowing machine would be a nice compliment to my indoor cycling. While I could have purchased one what fun is that?!
Here’s my functional but not yet fully refined and customized shop sled. I need heavier bands for my legs for sure, other than that and the Ikea bamboo board, all other parts and lumber came from my ‘spares’ program including the '70s skate board trucks and wheels. I put a bolt through the front wheel to prevent it from swiveling.
