GainCell DAC USB not working with Linux based streamers

I just bought my GainCell DAC it will not work with any of my Linux based network streamers. The odd thing is that all of these streamers work fine with my older PS Audio NuWave DSD DAC. I came across this post which appears to be the problem that I am encountering.

What do I need to do to get my GainCell DAC fixed/updated? I submitted a service request today via the PS Audio support page, included my email, but didn’t receive any reply notification that my service request was received.

I recall correctly, there is a software update that can be back provided in Boulder by PSA.

Shoot an email to tjt@psaudio.com and he can get you an update that will allow the Linux devises to talk to the Gaincell. Thanks for the patience.
