Getting similar volume from i2s and AES

Any suggestions for getting similar volume from multiple sources?
My XLR is significantly lower volume than my i2s sources at the same volume on my BHK Pre.
The XLR source is at full volume (Computer (USB) to Matrix (AES) to PS Audio DS DAC).

My system is currently:
Pass XA-25, PS Audio Directstream DAC (at full volume), PS Audio BHK Pre.
The i2s sources are the PS Audio SACD player and the Jay’s Audio CD Transport.

Yes… AES. hahaha, I always get those confused. I’m newb. AES from the Matrix to my PSA DS DAC.

Yeah…don’t know. I always use i2s with my mki.
