Had an Awesome Tour Yesterday - Especially Octave Studio's - A Big Thank You to Everyone at PS Audio

We did Rudolf. We even drove though the Countryside from the Hotel to Pearl St. for Dinner after the Tour. Driving back today reminded us of how Beautiful the Mountains throughout New Mexico & Arizona are.

Thank you. Would have been better with my Wife’s Canon SLR which I forgot was in the Car.

Did you mean Hendrick’s, not ā€œKendricks?ā€

Santa Fe is a gass…
Stayed at Inn of the Turquoise Bear earlier this year. Plan on repeating it.
Worked in some great hiking in Santa Fe and Taos.

Guess if I were in Boulder again I’d lean towards hiking the mountains in lieu of a factory tour…
But then again you never know as the wife is talking up a Boulder trip.
If I talked her into the factory tour w/o enough advance prep I’d be hitch hiking home, unless there is some great jewelry available in the area. Hah!

Thanks.

Again, I wish I’d remembered my Wife’s Canon SLR. Pictures would have been a lot clearer.

Damn Keyboard !! Hendrick’s not Hendrix or Kendrick…LOL Thanks Elk.

I was hoping I was going to learn of a new gin.

Speaking of which - anybody had this stuff?

I’ve just recently got into Gin. I hate Vodka but my 1st love is still Glenfiddich. Typically the standard 12 yr. old. Once in a while 15yr. old or 18yr. old.

Looks like Colorado area and New York only. But I’'m sure they ship (I guess). Thanks for the tip.

Not had it - just ran across it and was wondering what the Gin conscienti thought.

I’ve never had it, but it appears solid! If I come across it, I will definitely partake.

My Wife is NOT an Audiophile ! But she does appreciate good sound even though she’s hearing impaired on both sides no thanks to an ear infection caused by improper med’s given to her as an infant at a Hospital in Mexico City. Several ear surgeries later and it’s Miracle that she can hear at all. Anything above 4kHz is gone according to her most recent Audiology exam. Lots of attenuation at certain frequencies as well. She does hear well with the Hearing Aid’s on (sometimes too well).

I asked her several times to go in with me for the Tour and leave the Happy at Doggy Day Camp, but she said no. Electric Guitar Solo’s and Geddy Lee’s voice seem to annoy her the most…LOL. Santana being the exception.

When she doesn’t want to listen to my crap, she simply turns down the the Hearing Aid’s and pretends to hear me :joy:

I was on a business trip, in Colorado. You know: Airport, customer, Hotel, business dinner, airport. So the distend view is what I remember. I made it to the Red Rock theater however. What a nice place.
Can’t complain though this week in vacation in the Harz mountains.

This is the view from the top of the Brocken (1140 m elevation), it used to be the ā€œears of the Warschau Paktā€ in the Cold War, die to the geographic situation an ideal place to catch any NATO communications possible. It used to be packed with com’s equipment here right on the former iron curtain. Some paths still follow the concrete pavements that marked the paths of the horrible border patrols that decide this country for 5.5 decades
But now a great place to hike, mountain bike (in this case) and enjoy a 360deg view of this beautiful part of Germany.
The black smoke you might be able to see in the picture is from the fully operational steam train, of which a complete network is still fully operational.

Thanks for posting @rajugsw! It was great getting to meet you in person. A lot of people commented on your enthusiasm and love for the hobby
