Has anyone tried the CryoTone 12AU7 in the BHK preamp?

I think they are a wee taller than some 12AU7. I’ve used some other CryoTone power and pre tubes in other pre and amps with great results.

so far the best 12AU7 I’ve tried are the wathen 12AU7-WCL (long plate) they were/are unlisted on their website I tried the standard 12AU7-WC because someone had left a review stating it was similar to the Cifte 12AU7 and after comparing them I’d have to say that they are correct. I had messaged them asking if they had any other 12AU7’s and thats when they informed me they were going to be releasing a long plate version. It’s been a little while since this post, so perhaps more experience can be shared on tube life, SQ and price/performance ratio?
