I’m a DSD novice and I don’t quite understand the terminology. My DAC says it capable of DSD64-1024x native. I’m looking at some Blue Coast DSD downloads and the options are DSD64 (2.8MHz), DSD128 (5.6MHz) and DSD256 (11.2MHz). How do those equate to DSD64-1024x?
DSD64, DSD128, DSD512 and DSD1024 are DSD at 64 x CD’s rate (44.1k), 128, 256, 512 and 1024 x 44.1k.
2.8224MHz, 5.6448MHz, 11.2896MHz, 22.5792MHz, and 45.1584MHz are 44100 * 64, 128, 256, 512 and 1024.
IMO anything higher than DSD256 is just a change in color/preference, not a fundamentally better signal.

So if my DAC is capable of DSD64-1024x then it can do DSD1024?
Yes, DSD64-1024 is shorthand for DSD64, DSD128, DSD256, DSD512 and/or DSD1024.
