Left a BHK 300 on by accident for 24 hours

Just curious, I accidently forgot to shut one of my BHK 300’s off last night. The BHK preamp and other 300 I turned off. Musth’ve had a brain burp. Should I do anything to ‘align’ the amp with the other amp, such as leave the other am on for 24 hours to ‘catch up’?

No worries. Just turn them both off for the night and start over tomorrow. The amps wont know the difference and I promise not to tell.

Ive seen some crazy stuff on here but that takes the cake!

Everyone knows that one amp can never really catch up. There will be a balance issue for years. Only real cure is to try a pink fuse in the right amp and a blue in the left.

Don’t play this!

The good thing about the funny responses, you now know your amps will be fine, unless @weedeewop borrows them for a few hours.

That’s right, good chance they’d not survive the break-in regimen,

Tonight I would do the opposite: turn off what was on yesterday and vice versa! This should resolve any anxiety… if the sky is clear of clouds of course!

And above all, don’t really worry about things like that!

Won’t hurt…especially if you are particular about tracking tube hours.

That said, this was not a “material event”, if you will.

Cheers.

A suggestion to avoid this situation in the future… hook the amps up to the preamp with trigger wires.
