Yes, I think we’ll be able to ship maybe ten or so to those early adopters, more the following month. Can’t wait. If you’ve read the raves we’ve been getting on the preamp, wait until you hear the DAC.

When did you place your order.
I believe day 1 or 2 and it was at the lower price and $250 deposit. I called a month ago and they said top of the list.
I preordered the first day and was also told, then and later, I was top of the list. I guess we should not take that literally, but let’s hope (expect?) we’re both in the top ten.

I’m in the top ten . . . residents of my street. (There are only 8 of us on the street–even fewer in the winter as two couples are “snow birds”).
Hope I’m in the first shipments going out also. Deposit in April at the $8499.00 price.
Be careful what you wish for. The first MKII’s had some bugs. Hopefully that won’t happen….
I placed my PMG DAC order on July 10. I am sure I am way down on the list.
I am anxious to try the new DAC. It will be hard pressed to significantly outperform my Terminator DAC but I am willing to spend around $140 (my estimate for non-refundable shipping fee to and from me if returned) to see if really is as amazing as Paul states.
I hope so.
Much to my chagrin the PMG preamp easily beat out the BHK. If it were close, I was going to keep the BHK and spend the money I had saved on the PMG DAC which I also put a deposit on. After what Paul has said about the DAC I am sure that it is a keeper. It would be nice if we could prepay on the shipping as PS Audio pays a lot less than we everyday consumers do. It cost me about $160 to send the BHK preamp back.
Alaska or Hawaii per chance? I just sent M700’s from west to east coast and spent $64 total (for two packages, insured). Have a look at https://www.pirateship.com/ I’ve used them for years and they offer 30-50% off retail UPS prices.
I was able to call PS Audio to get their good shipping rate when I upgraded my FR5 to FR10 speakers.
That is a good idea. When I traded in my big speakers for FR30, I used their shipper and it saved me more than a thousand, more like two grands (two boxes with 325 lbs. each).
