Thanks for the feedback, I have moved around a bit. Surprisingly I prefer B2 on top of the speaker stands rather than on top of the speakers:
The other two remain at the wood window shelves behind the speakers.

Even minor adjustment seems to make SQ difference. The two B2 on speaker feet stands are still the best place for the front location. The only difference is that I moved each 1/2" away from the speaker. The SQ seems to be more relaxed this way.
I moved the two at the back window shelves from the edge to the center of shelves, and this move gives a sense of ease and better image to the SQ.
They do different things than footers and fuses, and I cannot think of another tweak can duplicate the effect yet; very interesting device.
Maybe if you water the flowers in the room.
Do Harmonix or Synergistic Research room treatments have similar effects? There are so many toys. Our hobby never gets boring.
Greetings Andreas
Glad you like them, unlike other tweaks they still are in my room after months, same location same pleasure.
Any owners of the B2’s, it pays to experiment with placement.
I have eight in my system, two on top of my speakers, two behind the speakers about halfway up the speaker height and two on opposite sides of the room halfway down it.
The last two were sitting on different shelves of my rack.
I decided late last night to try moving the two from my rack shelves to sitting on top of my rear surround speakers. After a few minutes for the sound to re-adjust, everything seemed cleaner, clearer, with the imaging spreading well beyond the edge of the speakers.
The sound just seemed to have clicked into place.
Looking forward to confirming my observations with some more music listening tonight.
A couple of observations which have probably been mentioned already in this thread.
As I’ve also two side surround speakers I’ve already enquired about getting two more, on loan, to trial them there, but it might be overkill with the two which are currently sitting about halfway down the room, although the side speaker pair would be considerably higher?
Again, experiment with B2’s placement, it costs nothing.
I have four B2s, and I placed two at the top-front metal stands of FR30. I tried to put them on the hardwood floor on the side and in front of the speakers, and I ended up putting them back on the stands. Aspen speaker line is probably different than other speakers.
The other two are on the outer edge of shelf now, and they were at the back windowsill before. Frankly I am still looking for the ultimate location.
A glass of (good) wine can help in these cases.
I can confirm the sound has improved with the two B2’s in their new position on top of my rear surround speakers.
I received my dealer’s set of 4 demo B2’s today.
I warmed the system up and then added an extra two, one on the top of each of my two side surround speakers.
It didn’t take long to determine the sound was more focused, relaxed and natural.
I detected a slight increase in the treble range.
One of the CD’s I use for testing is the Who’s Greatest Hits.
I Can See for Miles, Magic Bus and Pinball Wizard are all very well recorded.
They sounded even tighter, concise, but in a good way, than ever.
One big surprize when I played Baba O’Riley, a track I’ve played many times, was that the three piano chords played during the intro, I could here them in separate spaces, with the first one, way beyond the edge of the speaker and the other two moving closer into the soundstage.
I had never heard this before.
Very impressed.
It seems to me that placing one or two on top of your head will probably work very well. Maybe under a hat so the wife and kids don’t get hysterical.
Have you thought about monitoring humidity and air pressure and then moving the B2s accordingly?
