i’ve looked for Octave Radio in Roon Radio but can’t fiind it. Is it in Roon Radio? If not how do I add it, if possible?

Try adding it manually.
In Roon’s menu, go to My Live Radio > Add Station > Manually Add Station > Add Station URL.
Enter the URL from this page.
Octave should appear in the list.

I’m guessing @Paul has discussed this in posts or videos but I am somewhat surprised Octave Radio is not a full 320 kbps stream.
He has tried to answer people’s questions of how the sound is so good out of 192K.
