Qobuz album art; sometimes yes, sometimes no

I’ve read the various posts about what to do if album art never shows up on a Directstream DAC, but what about when it’s sporadic? I use Mconnect to send Qobuz information to my DAC, and often the album art attached to the Qobuz album or song isn’t displayed. Instead, I see the default DAC screen. Next album, maybe yes, maybe no. Anyone else seeing a similar inconsistency? Any ideas on cause and solutions to ensure that the art is always displayed?

One additional note: Album art can be restored for a time if I turn off with the switch on the back. Once initialization is complete, Qobuz art is displayed.
