Speaker cables what are you using for your system?

I’ve been doing some extensive upgrades to my system which has brought me to the point where I think the next step is the speaker cables. I’m curious to hear what you are currently using in your own system and why they work great for your amp and speaker combo? Thanks, Paul

I have the Iconoclast TPC. I tried 4-5 different cables along the way as well as the other two Iconoclast variants.

There is a natural clarity to the TPC that simply captured me and continues 2 years later.

Try them at no risk.

In my main system I use PS Audio xStream Statement speaker cables. And in my audio/visual system I use Mapleshade Audio Double Helix Plus. Two very different cables, like them both.

Cardas Clear Beyond. Expensive, but made a HUGE difference for me. Connecting Pass XA60.5 to Audio Physic Avanti III.

Very happy with my Crystal Cable Crystalspeak Reference Diamond, combined with Crystal Cable CrystalConnect Reference Diamond XLR & Siltech SQ88 Classic G5 MKII XLR delivering nearly optimal synergy in my system.

Iconoclast OFE for speakers.

Update:
Previous post: KimberKable 8TC internal bi-wire (now called an Ascent Series cable) 3m with SBAN connectors.
Update 20200919: The KimberKable 8TC internal bi-wire 3m with SBAN connectors are still in service with my Monitor Audio Silver 300 speakers.
But I have a couple of new purchases:
Monitor Audio Gold 100 speakers (using these seriously good speakers in my office) and the new cables are KimberKable 12TC internal bi-wire 3m with SBAN connectors.

Klee Audio Grand Illusion 2 ribbons…two pair for a true biwire application. Astounding!

Morningstar Blue’s from now closed Morningstar Audio. A friend let me borrow last week and big step in clarity from the Supra PLY3.4 cable I’ve been using.

Verastarr 2” silver. Love ‘em.

I’m noticing that there’s no right answer to this.

That’s why there are so many companies making cables.

They are all right answers. I like to see what works for other systems and take note to see If it might work for mine. It’s so personal and subjective the only thing we all have in common is we all love music and the best components to reproduce it!

Yeah, I guess stated another way, there are no wrong answers

SVS Ultra cables. Only cost me about $150 and they sound as good as my last Cardas cables that cost 10 times as much. Cheers…
