I have just purchased the Steller Phono preamp
My god i thought the Graham Slee Accession MC was good but as we say here in the UK this Stellar is different gravy altogether

I absolutely adore mine. If you happen to be using a moving coil cartridge with it don’t be shy about trying different loading combinations. It’s so easy to compare from your listening chair using the remote.

Hi Im using a Hana umami blue and i have been playing around with the Load setttings and gain
I wonder as too whether you would know the answer to this
TT to pre is single ended unbalanced interconnects and im currently using the same to the amp but the amp is also balanced xlr input and the Steller can also output balanced xlr
Is this worth doing as the the original signal from the TT is only unbalanced single ended

I’d go balanced from the phono stage to the amp, nothing to lose by doing that.

If you use balanced all the way through the system you get a meaningful increase in gain. My power amp has low gain so has been useful in my system.

If you have XLR cabling try both ways. Your ears should lead you to the best solution.
