Has anyone compared the Stellar Phono preamp with the John Curl designed Parasound Halo JC3+?
The features on these products, including the back panel are remarkably similar ( balanced and RCA outputs as well as the loading facilities). Michael Fremmer of Stereophile gushed over the Stellar, and TAS gave the Parasound a product of the year award. They are in a similar price range. I’m hoping that Darren Myers will comment on the similarity and whether the Parasound influenced him in the design. I’m aware that Darren designed the Stellar by ear.
