Woohoo!
Congrads!
Apropos:
Getting this occasional ORC crash. Initiates when selecting the ORC button. Before it went tits up the sound was constricted, Second time I have seen it. Requires hard mac mini reboot.
It is weird, with the MU2, playing DSD256, listening without Bacch is really nice. I am not certain I have a preference.
Blasphemy (but Iām intrigued).
I just really like my Grimm MU2.
As a fellow Audiophile finding equipment you really like is the ācatās meowā!
We are in a place right now sonically that we canāt stop listening to music⦠like never before. With our current setup there is zero fatigue, and I bet you Iāve said ok, ok, just one more song⦠a thousand times.

After purchasing BACCH Windows VST plugin in November, Theoretica/ Bacchlabs has yet to provide a fix for Audirvana. I have been unable to use the plug-in which enables U-Bacch in Audirvana for months. Both parties are not coming to a solution.
Huh?
Care to rephrase your post
Cheers.
Bacch for Windows doesnāt exist. It will not exist in the future. My thought.
Expecting delivery Monday but the challenge may be finding a time to schedule training as Iām 14 hours ahead of New Jersey (in Australia). Excited!
U-Bacch does exist for Windows and some other platforms, itās a VST plugin by Bacch labs.
I got the ADIO up and running today. Made a couple of test sweeps.
Holy Moly it IS a paradigm shift and well worth the wait and the cost.
Edgar will do the walk thru with me next week but I am already convinced.
Now back to the music. Dammer this thing is SWEET.
Quite the endorsement!
Enjoy.
Easy to enjoy. The system was already great before. Nothing is exaggerated in any way just ābetterā in every respect. XTC really is a thing.
I am wondering what the ORC will bring when that is widely available.
ORC is literally one more step beyond BACCH. Enjoy!
Congrats! Orc is THE game changer. What curve are you using?
I dont have the ORC yet. Just the ADIO.
ORC is supposed to be sometime in May.
Hello fellow BACCH users.
Iām enjoying the INTRO version of BACCH4Mac that Edgar helped me set up a couple of weeks ago. As Iām considering next steps in building my system, Iāve come up with a question. Since BACCH runs on a Mac mini (even within the BACCH-SP if I understand correctly), and since BACCH is one of the last components in the audio chain before the DAC, does it really make sense to consider ultra high end servers and streamers if the digital signal quality will be ultimately determined by the lowest quality component in the chain (the Mac mini)?
Thanks in advance for your wisdom.
