Last year I had many problems trying to connect my Sprout100 with my raspberry pi, so I gave up.
Reading the forum I saw that by updating the firmware the problem can be solved.
I live in Europe so sending my unit back to the US can be problematic, but I would gladly try to do it by myself.
Can someone teach me to do so?

Updating the Sprout100 in the field will likely prove to be a big pain. Depending where you’re located, our distributor in your area may be able to help. Go ahead and shoot our service department an email service@psaudio.com and TJ tjt@psaudio.com I don’t want promise they’ll have a solution, but it’s certainly possible.
