I sometimes need to power the system down during adverse weather events. I have noticed that when I power the Directstream up again it takes a long time - about 24 hours of play time before the sound is optimal again.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Definitely takes time to recover, not sure quite that long though.
Al, yes about a day is what I’ve experienced as well.
1-2 days for my system to sound normal again.
So I presume usually its left on standby mode. If you use the PowerPlant does that mean you will leave the PowerPlant on permanently and leave the DirectStream on standby?
At the moment I am switching both fully off …
I leave my P10 on and put the DS in standby.
