I once had an Alfa Giulieta. 1300cc’s. It roared like a bear cub and was just as frisky.

It’s unbelievable how much reliable horsepower modern engines can reliably produce. I think the standard engine in the 2020 Chevy pickups is a 4 cylinder turbocharged beast.
You have owned some exotic and fun cars it seems!
The Ford Escape I sold tonight had a little 2.0 liter turbo that got up and went. A really decent driving every day car. Perfect for typical suburban driving.

The tunes are good enough. The Burmester upgrade on these cars is pretty rare and pretty expensive. This one has the mid level Bose system. First thing I did is turn down the bass. They always have it set too high by default in cars.

We went to a wedding Thursday/Friday and today on Long Island. 185 miles each way in my 996 convertible. Top down/top up/ windows up/down/stereo blasting/stereo off/ ac on/ac off, it does everything just inch perfect. Porsche are brilliant.
