Saw them on that tour, no longer have the t shirt, sadly

Looks like one of the very many LPs imported cheap from Europe to uk, some or other tax / duty break when the cover was “damaged” so they all had a clip or a hole punched in the cover to enable them to be sold cheap.
I had quite a few like that - many many discount records shops in Liverpool back in the early 80s
