And at the risk of sounding like a rant this band is criminally under appreciated. This album has some of the most interesting song writing, lyrics and SQ on this here planet! There I’ve said it and I’m not taking it back!

AcousticSounds.com is selling many Analogue Productions SACDs, (jazz, classical, rock & pop), including, from the classical catalogue, many RCA Living Stereo & Decca releases for $15, which is 1/2 price. Many classic performances here in the best sound on CD/SACD they may ever see.

Pickwick CD - bought in a service station as I recall.
I may try and track down what provenance on the recording / mastering is, but I suspect not good.
Distortion in the sax/trumpet on this track in places for a start.

My daughter’s flight situation changed twice today. Originally moved back to Monday 
, she then finagled a non-stop out at 3:00 central time. Her and her cat (sitting in her lap and freaking out but okay) are now over the Gulf of Mexico on her way home. We’re picking her up at O’hare around 9:00 PM. Working on slowing my heart rate with some music and a Zombie Dust IPA.
