Borrowed this CD from New Record Day Ron. It’s a not your normal everyday run of the mill Jazz Album. Takes a few listens for sure.
There are several really well recorded Mogwai concerts in FLAC on archive.org.

Disc 3. These are Capital Records recordings at their best. Big studio, lots of echo, corny arrangements and background singers…what’s not to like? Give the people what they wanted. I’ll probably look to complete the series with the Reprise box.
And with all that, really well performed.
They are great fun.
The lineup on this album intrigues me. Got it queued up on Qobuz for listening tonight.
New release on Qobuz. I think the photo is a place in Prospect Park Brooklyn called the Vale of Cashmere up by Flatbush Ave but it’s been many years since I was there.
