Years ago a friend’s big band played a concert in Greenport (end of other fork) . After the concert an older lady came up, thanked him & said see hadn’'t heard a concert like that in a long time. My friend said, “I guess you don’t get to the city too often?” to which she replied, “no we haven’t been to Riverhead in years.”
