Great version of “House of the Rising Sun.”
September 19, 1978, Capitol Theatre, Passaic, NJ. This is the (in)famous Bruce Springsteen bootleg originally released on vinyl as Piece de Resistance. I have the Passaic Night CD version of this legendary show which, like Piece de Resistance, is sourced from an FM broadcast. Two days ago, Bruce released the concert as an official/authorized download sourced from the original multitrack reels. As I listen to Passaic Night on headphones, I am trying to decide whether to buy the 24/96 PCM or DSD64 version of the new official release.
About to pull the DSD trigger. Had no clue. Thanks once again bootzilla.

I really am enjoying this set. Excellent first disc of a listening session music.
It’s been pure gloomy all day but the sky is clearing just at the right time for me to spend a hour or so on the deck. With the sun out, it’s perfect!
I do love my outside system, it’s not the big rig but musical none-the-less.

I’ve posted enough this weekend. It has been very enjoyable. My system is really sounding nice. Such a joy.
I have a new opportunity to pick up a low mileage 2017 Macan GTS for a crazy great price. I’ll know soon if it works out. Pretty excited about the opportunity. Something to keep working for!
