Right now

Not to mention you have a giant soft spot for Brilliant music and particularly Jobim - whose music just happens to be featured on this recording which was recorded in his home - hence the title.
No criticism at all, it just amused me.
I know.
Right now, an album I’ve ignored too long. I love this work, Gaye was something else.
one of the first CDs I bought back in the 80’s…still sounds good. Live at the Five Spot in '58 with Griffin, Haynes and Abdul-Malik. I’m guessing the remastered version from 2012 is worth seeking.
Warner Japan CD

lonson saidLon - where do you buy these Japanese pressings? They look great...Warner Japan CD
I’m a frequent customer at cdjapan.co.jp
They have excellent prices for both discs and shipping. They give you “points rewards” that basically seem to mean that about every three small shipment I get a really good break on postage for the fourth, sometimes it works out to be free. They package wonderfully. And their customer service has been good the very few times I’ve needed them.
They have taken a lot of my money!
I bought all the Lloyd Atlantic on Warner Japan a few years ago and didn’t really listen to them. Wow, they sound good!

Yes it is. They give you points on your birthday as well. That coupled with their comprehensive website, superior packaging and the fact that I’ve never had a delivery problem keeps me coming back.
Yes. RIP Mr. Hutcherson
An oddly titled Ellington live date, late in the band’s history and in mediocre sound. Really spirited playing though.
The SHM-CD
21st century chamber music + an “old” Glass piece from 1968. Terrific music, fantastic performance, wonderful recording! Their 4th Grammy (for anyone that still follows the Grammy’s).
